Steve Evans, Director will give an overview of their involvement with the Large Format Retail sector and the design evolution of Large Format Retail centres over the years.
Discuss the role of an Architect within the Property and Construction Sector and the regulatory structure that Architects work within.
In addition, cover the role of an Architect throughout the entire process from land purchase, obtaining Council Approval, Tender Documentation, through to the Construction Phase.
Steve will provide examples of drawings, from early hand sketches to the 3D Revit Modelling. Walking you thru the various stages of drawings and presenting fly thru examples of current projects.
Steve will discuss the importance of understanding the Clients needs, Council expectations and the complexities of the current Construction Market.
