On Tuesday 9th August the inaugural LFRA Emerging Leaders’ Chapter was launched by Philippa Kelly, LFRA CEO.

Purpose and Objectives

The purpose of the LFRA Emerging Leaders’ Chapter has four principles:
Connection – A platform for emerging representatives from LFRA member organisations to engage meaningfully with the established LFRA community and each other.
Education – Provide opportunities for professional development through content, events, and mentorship with exemplary leaders within the LFRA community.
Advocacy – A platform, which leverages youth and ambition to advance the objectives of the LFRA and its members.
Celebration – Promote the achievement of emerging members and champion the initiatives they pursue, which align with the objectives of the LFRA.
