The retail portfolio includes a mix of neighbourhood and large format retail centres with the wider retail portfolio including retail arcades, retail complexes and free-standing retail shops. Typically our retail centres are anchored by major blue chip national tenants whilst incorporating a wide cross-section of high-quality specialty retailers.

The Arkadia portfolio has over 340 retailers, a value of circa AUD $800 million with a total Gross Lettable Area of 160,000m2 square metres.
